1. WHAT ARE YOUR CLINIC HOURS?
  • a. Our hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm.
  • b. Saturday, 10:00am-4:00pm
  • c. Sunday, closed

2. WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
  • a. We are located in Grand Prairie, TX.
  • b. Address: 2455 Robinson Road, STE 200, Grand Prairie, TX, 75051. (Right off of West Pioneer Parkway, right behind the Yes Buffet.)

3. WHAT CAN I EXPECT AS A NEW PATIENT?
  • a. On your first visit, you will have a consultation with our medical staff and we will review your medical history, conduct a physical examination and health assessment, and determine if any specialized tests or examinations are needed.

4. DO I HAVE TO SET-UP AN APPOINTMENT OR CAN I JUST WALK-IN?
  • a. No appointment is necessary. Walk-ins are more than welcome. Our staff will be happy to assist you if you have any further questions regarding your first visit.

5. WHAT AGE RANGE DO YOU TAKE? DO YOU SEE INFANTS?
  • a. We accept all patients: men, women, and children of all ages-from infants to seniors.

6. ​HOW DO I SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?
  • a. To schedule an appointment, the following options are available:
    • i. You may schedule an appointment in person, with one of our medical staff.
    • ii. You may schedule an appointment over the phone
    • iii. You may schedule an appointment online
7. WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO MY APPOINTMENT?
  • a. Please bring the following information to the appointment:
    • i. Your driver’s license or another valid photo ID
    • ii. A list of any prescription medications and vitamins you are currently taking
    • iii. Any insurance for coverage
    • iv. A copy of your medical records from your previous primary care physician
    • v. Your medical/health history
8. WHAT SERVICES DOES DIVINE GRACE CLINIC OFFER?
  • a. Please refer to our “Services” tab to see the completed list of all of the services we have to offer.

9. WHAT IF I MISSED MY APPOINTMENT OR NEED TO RESCHEDULE?
  • a. You can reschedule your appointment at no penalty (please refer to the ‘How do I schedule an appointment’ question above).
  • b. You can walk in, however, this is on a first come, first served basis.
